Getting Started
The GRBbank online banking platform, powered by Banno, is a powerful solution for all your online banking needs. Both the GRBbank online and GRBbank mobile app will deliver a number of benefits and share a consistent user experience.
- New users can self-enroll to get GRBbank access today (available after 4/4/22 – Contact us to enroll if before 4/4/22)! If you were a previous GRBonline customer, you do not need to enroll – simply use your existing GRBonline username and password.
- To access the online platform, go to my.grbbank.com or click on the Online Banking Login icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Download the GRBbank App for iPhone/iPad or Android to access all the online platform features plus Mobile Check Deposit and an interactive GRB branch and ATM locator! If you were a previous GRBmobile customer, you will need to download the new GRBbank app from Apple or the Google Play store.
- Once you log in to either the online or mobile platform, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication to safeguard your accounts.
- Use fingerprint authentication, FaceID, or a 4-digit passcode to quickly, securely access the app.
Account Management
Viewing account details, managing transactions, and setting account alerts has never been easier!
- Access your accounts and transactions at a glance with the customizable Dashboard.
- Proactively monitor your accounts for balance and/or transactions events with GRB’s Alerts. Create customized account alerts that notify you of activity via email, text message, or push notification in the app.

- To enroll or to make a deposit (if previously enrolled), simply log into the GRBbank app, select the Deposit icon on your dashboard and follow the steps.

Your GRB Digital Wallet lets you conveniently and securely make purchases in stores, in apps and on the web, using your mobile device or wearable equipped with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. The following cards are eligible for your GRB Digital Wallet:
